Macaroni Kid received 150 entries to the Cooking Challenge from talented children across the country, and our panel of judges narrowed the field to just six who will compete at the live finale on Sunday, May 7 in Southampton, NY. These finalists will go head-to-head in a live cook-off creating on-the-spot dishes with surprise ingredients during an exciting culinary event!
Join in the family fun at our live event with our presenting sponsors Cuisinart, Egglandâs Best and Produce for Kids and RealSweetÂŽ Sweet Onions. Local favorites JB Yoga and Edible School Garden will also be on hand doing seed planting and Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga demos. Chiara, age 9, from Connecticut
Chiara is a bright and active 9 year old who lives in Connecticut with her parents and little sister. Her passions include cooking and baking, acting in her school plays and tumbling. When she isn't busy with school or baking delicious treats, she loves to play with her little sister to whom she is an amazing big sister. Chiara dreams of one day becoming a pastry chef and owning her own bakery/cafe.

Connor, age 9, from Pennsylvania
Connor is a compassionate and energetic kid who loves to cook! He's the star of Places and Plates, a kid's food review vlog and one day hopes to be a famous chef like Guy Fieri. He believes that every person can be a world-changer, especially kids.Â

Rohaan, age 8, from Georgia
Rohaan started baking when he was 3 years old, always rushing to make muffins at Montessori and then with his mom in the kitchen. He enjoys playing basketball and playing the piano, and aspires to cook one day for and with Gordon Ramsey.
Aidan, age 12, from Pennsylvania
Aidan is 12 years old and is in 7th grade at Elmer L. Meyers High School. He lives in Wilkes Barre, PA and loves to participate in sports, currently baseball at Meyers and Little League. Aidan love to cook and had the opportunity to be on Chopped Jr. Season 2 (Go Fish!). Aidan loves to cook for his family, especially his sister, Lydia.
Emilia, age 12, from New York
Replacing PLAY-DOHÂŽ with pizza dough, Millie began cooking when she was two years old. She is an adventurous eater who is always looking for something new to try. She enjoys both cooking and baking and wants to some day own her own farm stand and cafe.

Georgi, age 11, from New York
Georgi started cooking with her father at the age of 4 years old. She always was an adventurous eater, willing to always try anything new; Mussels, Oysters, and her favorite GG salad. She enjoys cooking, dancing, tennis and math and loves introducing her friends to new foods while having âtop chefâ contests at home.Â
